There are many benefits to exercising for your mental well-being:
Diet and hydration
•Healthier food choices will improve your physical and mental health
•It can improve your mood and help you focus
•Gives you more energy
•Help you to think more clearly
•Eat a healthy breakfast
•Try eating smaller portions and spacing them out
•Avoid sugary foods and alcohol which makes the blood sugar rise and fall rapidly
•Eat plenty of fruit, vegetables, fatty fish, raw nuts, wholegrains
I just want to use this platform to celebrate us girls and how amazing we all are!
It is so important that we continue to motivate and inspire one another to be great and achieve our full potential.
There are many ways to help ourselves and each other with self improvement, these can be things such as:
•Being kind to ourselves and one another
•Remembering our inner beauty
•Reaching our goals
•Living stress free
I created this blog because I wanted to share ideas and ways of coping and dealing with mental health, especially in the world we live in today.
Sometimes, we hear and listen to people and think, this is exactly what I have been through or going through or even grateful to hear someone else’s experience.
I have seen family and friends experience many different aspects of mental health, thinking that they will never get through. But I want this blog to be a platform for many to say you’re not alone and there is always light in the dark days.
